General Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Cut-Off: Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Carrier: We use Australian Post as our primary carriers.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Example Time Calculation:
If you place an order on Monday before 2:00 PM EST (1-day processing, 3-10 day transit), the estimated delivery window is Wednsday through the following Friday.
